Critical question: epub? e-pub? ePub?
by Liza Daly
The IDPF says either .epub or EPUB, which have got to be the worst of all choices. For some reason PDF and HTML are fine with me because they’re unpronounceable, but I don’t like EPUB.

I dislike all of them except .epub, but seem to be in the minority.
I wrote a short article about this over on epubbooks.com there was also a TeleRead Poll on this very subject. On the whole the most favoured form seems to be ePub. So please, don’t be confused anymore :)
Ha, that poll was just before I started following TeleRead. OK then, ePub it is for me too.
FYI: IDPF; cheers!
Oops, corrected.
