epubjs updates: Safari support & pagination hints

Safari is now supported (this John Resig post was invaluable). The screenshot below proves it!
There’s also a guide to how far you are in the current section. It’s based on a percentage rather than an absolute number of pages (similar to the Kindle’s pagination indicator).
Update Feb 18: Key controls have now changed
n = next page
p = previous page
j = next chapter
k = previous chapter
Update April 3: IE 7 now supported (and possibly IE 8, haven’t checked).

Hi Liza,
Scrolling does not work in Firefox 3.06 on Vista SP 1.
For example, the text of Chapter II ends with the words “Mrs. Weston ought to have found more in it, for” and it is not possible to read the rest of that chapter.
Thanks. It does work if you use the other set of key controls I enabled (but weren’t documented):
n = next page
p = previous page
j = next chapter
k = previous chapter
I’ve now disabled the arrow keys altogether since on reflection I don’t like overriding browser behavior.
